Patient presents for a laparoscopic robotic prostatectomy. (Pt will be in lithotomy position). He weighs 120 kg and baseline BP 150/90. Despite hypertension, a 50 pack-year smoking history, and recent surgery for retinal detachments, he was vigorous and active. He chose to be treated surgically. Medications include: Lisinopril and continues to smoke daily.
